Administration Manager - Janet Garnsey - brings a different set of skills to the
company.
After studying for a degree in business management, Janet gained many
years
experience in the equipment/plant hire industry and now takes responsibility
for all Civcon's 'backroom' operations: purchasing, spare parts, equipment
service,
accounting, and computer operations, also Janet is Civcon's qualified
Workplace, Health & Safety Officer.
Site Manager - John Ellis - has spent some 25 years in Site Foreman - Chris Bowditch - Chris has worked for Civcon for a number of years, initally as a Plant Operater, then been promoted to his current position, He has a good understanding of Civil Construction and bringing contracts in on time and Budget. Chris also has a good understanding of Plant utilisation and machine capabilities, due largely to his operating background. Site Foreman - Paul Stanfield - Paul has worked in the Civil construction industry since 1968, and has a broad knowledge of civil works and correct plant operating procedures, He has been a owner/director of his own business for a period of fifteen(15) years until it was sold in 2005. He has completed many large scale sub-divisions in and around the Gold Coast/Helensvale region, also various developments including Palm Meadows Golf course, and Spring Mountain community Stages 1 - 3. Quantity
Surveyor/Programming - Noel Burton - Noel has
extensive experience in the 12D survey design software in both 2D and 3D
format, and handles all Civcon's design issues and quantity checking
before tender stage, also Noel checks all "As constructed" data to
ensure compliance with contract drawings, and carries out field setout
and pickup when required as he also has a Degree in Surveying.
